I'm Robert Coleman. To say I'm a technical Illustrator and designer really doesn't explain very much. 

Lets say you have an idea. Before you do anything.  You have to move that idea from an idea to something more tanable, typically paper.  Initially  on paper there is an order, a  process to bring that idea to reality.  As part of the process that's where I come in. You need someone that can take your idea and  prepare the doucmentation necessary for a  craftsmen to build , to manufacturer, to install, and  to exceed expectatioin when bringing your idea to  reality.

Typically designer's design, engineer's engineer.  As a designer and technical illustrator my  backgrounds are in mechanical engineering, electronics, manufacturing, interior design and construction. Consider me  left and right brain dominant.

I believe design should fundamentally enrich personal experience,  make  a  cultural conection , create an environment that creates a story for you to tell. I dont know everything, I surround myself with equally creative, inquisitive and like minded people. Collaberation always brings about the best results.
